1. Create your member account or sign in.
2. Open Whole-Man Formation and select the enrollment option.
3. Complete “Start Here — Orientation and Brotherhood Covenant” at the top of the course. Read Appendices A–D, then continue to Part I and Chapters 1–90.
4. Read the assigned Scripture and chapter, reflect, and practice the action.
5. Mark the lesson complete when you have worked through it.
6. Return to the member dashboard to continue your course and review progress.
7. After all 94 lessons are complete, use the course completion control if prompted. Email mymanna4men@gmail.com to request a ministry completion review. Your designated leader will explain any remaining participation, mentoring, or practical requirements.

Use a private journal for sensitive reflections. For access or learning support, email mymanna4men@gmail.com. Include your name and a brief description; never send your password. Course completion is distinct from authorization to mentor or lead.

Use “Forgot Password?” on the sign-in screen, enter your account email address, and check your inbox and spam folder. If the message does not arrive, contact ministry support. Do not create duplicate accounts to recover progress.
