International Brotherhood Organization

Manna 4 Men is an international brotherhood and formation ministry of Reviving Reverence Ministries. Its structure exists to support biblical formation, responsible service, member care, and accountable local chapters.

Oversight and accountability

1. Ministry oversight — Reviving Reverence Ministries: spiritual direction, doctrine, safeguarding standards, charter authorization, and review of significant concerns.
2. International coordination team: curriculum stewardship, member services, calendar coordination, chapter development, and consistent reporting across countries.
3. Regional / national coordinators: support approved chapters, address language and cultural context, develop local partnerships, and report needs to international coordination.
4. Local chapter team: chapter coordinator, formation facilitator, member-care and safeguarding contact, and events / administration support. Small chapters may combine operational duties while maintaining independent oversight of concerns.
5. Members and charter members: participate in formation, register in the directory, choose their own contact-sharing permissions, serve responsibly, and strengthen other men.

Local chapter responsibilities

• Schedule a weekly local meet-up and communicate the location, local time, and time zone.
• Use the shared formation pathway, with room for appropriate local application.
• Respect consent, confidentiality limits, personal agency, and safe boundaries.
• Keep attendance and service records without publishing sensitive personal reflections.
• Submit a brief monthly chapter update; participate in quarterly coordination and annual charter review.
• Handle funds only under a specifically approved local arrangement, with records and appropriate review. A charter does not create a separate legal entity or authorize banking or fundraising in the ministry’s name.

Appointment and review

Roles describe the working structure; they do not announce appointments. Leadership appointments and chapter charters require a separate readiness review and written authorization. Course completion or directory registration alone does not grant leadership authority. Charter concerns can lead to support, corrective review, suspension, or withdrawal of authorization by ministry oversight.
