Manna 4 Men · International Brotherhood
Member Benefits & Faithfulness Pathway
Build a faithful rhythm. Develop practical skills. Strengthen other men. Receive useful support and recognition as you grow.
Benefits that help you move forward
Manna 4 Men brings biblical formation, practical life development, and intentional brotherhood together. Our benefits pathway recognizes steady participation, follow-through, service, teachability, and observable growth. Milestones are opportunities to review progress and identify the next useful step.
Available through your member portal
Guided formation
Work through the 94-lesson Whole-Man Formation course, beginning with orientation and the brotherhood covenant. Resume where you left off.
An online workbook
Record and save learning responses, commitments, and review dates to your own account. Keep highly sensitive details in your offline journal.
International connections
Connect through the members-only directory. Every member registers; appearing in the directory and sharing a phone number remain separate, voluntary choices.
A shared gathering rhythm
Follow the brotherhood calendar for approved local and international gatherings. Dates and joining details are posted as they are confirmed.
Your milestone pathway
The periods below describe stages of consistent participation, rather than a rigid attendance streak. A leader can agree on an appropriate alternative when work, health, disability, caregiving, transportation, or international time differences affect participation.
-
First 30 days · Establish your foundation
Recognition and support: orientation resources, a personal formation goal, a welcome check-in, and a digital welcome pack as its resources are released.
Review: complete orientation, establish a practical growth goal, and participate in two gatherings or an agreed equivalent.
-
90 days · Build a faithful rhythm
Planned recognition: a brotherhood wristband or lapel pin, plus a résumé review, budgeting session, or practical skills workshop when available.
Review: participate consistently, complete agreed learning activities, and discuss progress with a chapter leader or designated mentor.
-
Six months · Put growth into practice
Planned recognition: a Manna T-shirt or journal, with consideration for a mentoring group or specialized Life Lab as capacity allows.
Review: demonstrate steady participation, follow through on personal commitments, and complete a suitable service activity. Service can take an accessible form appropriate to your circumstances.
-
One year · Recognize sustained growth
Planned recognition: annual membership recognition and a participation or service certificate. Members may apply for retreat or assembly assistance when a funded opportunity is announced.
Review: complete an annual growth review showing sustained participation, responsible service, and progress toward agreed goals. A participation certificate does not confer ordination, commissioning, or professional certification.
-
Continuing service · Develop and multiply
Opportunities as resources allow: training scholarships, conference assistance, work-related skill-development sponsorships, or support for an approved service project.
Review: submit a practical development plan, demonstrate readiness, and meet the published criteria for the particular opportunity. Eligibility permits consideration; it does not guarantee an award.
Practical benefits we aim to develop
- Skills for daily life: résumé and interview preparation, budgeting, digital responsibility, cooking, household care, and help locating community resources.
- Dependable relationships: mentoring, agreed accountability partnerships, small-group connection, and introductions made with permission.
- Supervised service: opportunities to help with events, support a practical project, or assist an approved facilitator according to readiness and local needs.
- Material recognition: useful journals, quality shirts, pins, certificates, and occasional sponsored meals when available.
- Development assistance: approved training, retreat, or conference support when funding and selection criteria have been announced.
Our starting priorities are welcome resources, a 90-day recognition item, a six-month shirt or journal, annual recognition, and a practical workshop rhythm. Chapter leaders will communicate which parts are available locally. No workshop provider, employment placement, material item, or financial award is guaranteed by joining.
Recognition for charter members
Approved charter members help establish the brotherhood internationally. Planned founding-member recognition includes a numbered charter certificate, a founding-member pin, and invitations to development forums, as those resources are introduced. Founding-member honor-roll recognition will require a separate choice when that feature becomes available; directory-sharing permission will not be treated as permission for a public honor roll.
Charter status recognizes founding participation and service. Leadership appointments, mentoring authorization, and chapter charters follow their own review and written approval processes.
Fair and compassionate participation
- No financial qualification: donations and financial contributions do not determine recognition, standing, or access to essential support.
- No forced personal disclosure: rewards do not depend on sharing private journal entries, trauma narratives, or other sensitive information.
- Your contact-sharing choice is respected: completing directory registration is required; consenting to a listing or phone-number sharing is not a condition of recognition.
- Reasonable flexibility: agree on suitable participation and service alternatives when circumstances affect attendance or access.
- Support during difficulty: a man who is struggling can still seek encouragement, member care, and appropriate referrals. A milestone review should help establish a responsible next step.
- Separate leadership review: tenure, course completion, gifts, donations, and recognition items do not automatically authorize leadership or authority over others.
How to request a benefits review
- Complete orientation and directory registration, then agree on a realistic formation goal.
- Keep a simple record of your learning, participation, commitments, and service. Share only the information needed for the review.
- At a milestone, contact your chapter leader. If you are not connected to a chapter, contact mymanna4men@gmail.com and request a Member Benefits Review.
- Confirm the recognition or support currently available, any published selection criteria, and your next step. Financial assistance requires its own application and approval when an opportunity opens.
