Privacy Policy

Effective October 31, 2026.

Manna 4 Men Brotherhood is a ministry of Reviving Reverence Ministries. This notice explains how information is used in our website and learning portal. For privacy questions or account assistance, contact mymanna4men@gmail.com.

Information collected

When you register, the portal asks for your name, username, email address, and password. The system stores account information and records course enrollment, lesson completion, and related learning activity. Technical records, such as IP addresses, browser information, and security logs, may be processed to operate and protect the site. Messages you send to ministry support include the information you choose to provide.

How information is used

Information is used to provide account access, deliver course materials, record learning progress, respond to requests, support ministry administration, and protect the website. Administrators can access account and progress information needed for those responsibilities. Do not share your password.

Personal reflections and sensitive information

Keep personal workbook responses in your own journal unless a leader gives you an appropriate method for sharing them. Do not place medical records, financial account information, identification documents, trauma narratives, or other sensitive personal details in your public profile or routine support emails. Share only what you freely choose. The portal is not an emergency service.

Cookies and service providers

The website uses cookies and similar technology for sign-in, session management, and site preferences. Blocking essential cookies can prevent account access. Hosting, website software, security, backup, and email providers process information as necessary to operate their services. External links and any embedded media are governed by the providers’ own privacy notices; review those before using the external service.

Retention and account requests

Account and learning records are retained to administer the formation program and maintain its records. You may ask ministry support to review, correct, export, or delete information associated with your account. We will verify the request and explain what can be completed, including any records that must be retained for administrative, security, or legal reasons. Backup copies may remain until their normal replacement or deletion cycle.

Security and updates

We use administrative and technical measures to protect the site, but no online system can promise absolute security. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. This notice may be updated as the website and program develop; the effective date above identifies the current notice.
